Timed Tabata style - HIIT workout
Mostly body weight ... may incorporate a few weighted drills. If you have a set of weights ... bring them. If not, no sweat. We know how to share. I will have water bottles and sweat towels!
To get a taste of what the workouts are like, learn some new skills and to push your body!!
We will have coffee and socialize afterwards if you have time and want to hang around. I will also have some recipe and workout cards for anyone who comes!
