Costume Dash 5K

Eli and I will be running in the Costume Dash 5k in uptown Charlotte this year!   

Why? Because it is silly and we love to be silly. 

Join thousands of costumed runners at the first annual Charlotte Costume Dash 5k on Saturday, October 29th!

Put on your craziest costume and get ready for five kilometers of fun through Charlotte, starting and finishing at Inside Out Sports (1514 South Church Street)! 

The fun continues after the run with an after party at one of Charlotte's best bars, featuring a costume contest and free gifts from our sponsors!  Don't miss out. Start your 2016 Halloween celebration in style!

Start Time: 5:30 p.m. / End Time: 10:30 p.m.

Packet Pick-Up: Inside Out Sports, Friday, Oct. 28 (Noon - 8 p.m.) & Saturday, Oct. 29 (10 a.m. - 5 p.m.)

Open House Workout

Timed Tabata style - HIIT workout

Mostly body weight ... may incorporate a few weighted drills.  If you have a set of weights ... bring them.  If not, no sweat.  We know how to share.   I will have water bottles and sweat towels!

To get a taste of what the workouts are like, learn some new skills and to push your body!! 

We will have coffee and socialize afterwards if you have time and want to hang around.  I will also have some recipe and workout cards for anyone who comes!
