Hustlers all over the world find this mindset while working two and three jobs to provide for their families, raising children alone, caring for a dying parent, or developing an idea and growing it into a business that could change the world. You don’t have to be an endurance athlete develop this mindset, but this is where I discovered mine. I learned that I have the guts and grit to accept and endure whatever life throws my way and I will never drown in the sweat or tears it produces.

IVEY GASKIN BAKER
Native to Charlotte, North Carolina, Ivey is the oldest of three sisters, wife to a young surgeon, Brett, and mother to a precious little boy, Eli. She is a natural-born leader, full of charisma and devotion for the people she serves. She gains energy from being in the presence of others and genuinely enjoys hearing their stories. Ivey is an ACE-certified Health Coach and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and finds the elementary concepts of financial planning and fitness to be very similar. Her intuitive nature enables her to productively listen to identify opportunities, desired achievements and what is prohibiting success. In goals based planning, Ivey communicates both creatively and honestly while identifying strengths and weaknesses to help others effectively navigate and plan to reach their goals. Her infectious enthusiasm often inspires people to move to action. She is a firm believer in self-awareness, simplicity and accountability. She is a true coach and educator, striving to help others to learn and grow, to become more confident and secure in self.

Ivey often fills the role of a confidence coach in the lives of her clients and those close to her, helping others lift up their strengths and to embrace and challenge their weaknesses. Ivey's pillars in life are self-love, hustle and sweat. An amazing life is not going to be easy. She is in constant pursuit of healthy state of mind characterized by discipline, moderation, and a deep awareness of one's true self, and resulting in true happiness. Self-awareness, confidence and humility are her stepping stones to success. She holds dear a love of truth, beauty and goodness. She craves the lessons learned in listening. Ivey has been blessed with a lot of wisdom passed down from some amazing men and women. She has come to understand that mothers are the foundation on which the world is built. They are the ultimate hustlers, making life possible for their family. After a decade of endurance racing, being a fit working mom is the hardest thing she has ever done, but she welcomes the challenge with grace and humility, every single day.
