i can't speak for your sex life, but she's right... it seems that there is never enough money when you are building a family, a business and wanting to experience the world.

but for me, there is no greater asset than time.  it seems that there is never enough time.  As it relates to money, time and energy, there is enough when you are focused on how you are either saving, spending or investing.  Are these habits in alignment with where you place importance? 

Spend.

We readily spend on necessities.

We gladly spend on experiences. 

we enthusiastically spend to enjoy the fruits of our labor.

We spend to keep up.  

We spend when stressed. 

We spend to pacify. 

Save.

We save for a goal. 

We save for the future. 

we save to create security. 

the value is greater when there was some sacrifice. 

Invest.

we invest our time.

we invest in our health.

We invest in our family. 

we invest in our home, our friendships and our community.

We invest in education and personal development. 

We invest because there is a lot that we want to do.

We invest financially because we have a long life ahead.
